Information for Tenants

APPLICATION PROCESS

Inspect the property – Inspections are strictly by appointment only, you are welcome to ‘drive by’ the property but must not enter unless you are accompanied by a staff member of Ray White Rural Beaudesert.

Lodging your application – Applications will not be processed until signed and all information & documents are provided. Applicants will verified by TICA (Tenancy Information Centre Australia) before approval is granted. 100 points of Identification is required by each applicant (Licence, ATM card, Medicare card, Pay slips/Centrelink income statement). Your application will not be finalised until you inspect the property.

Application turnaround – 24 hours providing we are able to make contact with all references, employers and the owner of the property

HOLDING DEPOSIT

Once approved, you will be required to pay a Holding Deposit. Please contact our Property Management Team to confirm the amount you will be required to pay.

 

SIGNING THE LEASE

A suitable time will be arranged with you to sign all lease documents (Monday-Friday), you will be advised of the total amount owing to receive the keys to the property.

 

SUMMARY

–          Bond (4weeks rent) and 2 weeks rent (first weeks rent & one week in advance) payable at signup
